Capabilities
Space Planning- programming from adjacencies, developing space needs, feasibility studies of new and existing spaces, and systems furniture design
Project Management– management of all aspects of interior projects including furniture installations
Develop Complete Interior Scheme- floor plans, interior elevations and details, custom cabinetry and schematic millwork design, drawings produced using AutoCAD software
Finish Specifications- walls, doors, trim, flooring to produce color boards and finish schedules
Furniture- specifications and budget development using GSA Schedule and State Contract for upholstery, casegoods, and systems furniture, as well as supervise and coordinate installation
Lighting Design Consultation- reflected ceiling plan, lighting fixture specifications, ceiling design including specialty ceilings
Accessories (art, lamps, and decorative objects) –specification of appropriate accessories on or in contract, supervise and coordinate installation
Window Treatments- specification of appropriate window treatments on or in contract , supervise and coordinate installation
